On March 18th and 19th, 2026, I had the distinct honor of serving as a guest presenter at the 4th KDF Medical Science Conference, held at the Emara Ole-Sereni in Nairobi. The theme, “Enhancing Promotive and Preventive Health for Mission Readiness,” provided a vital platform to discuss the future of specialized care in Kenya.
During my presentation, I focused on the critical role of Precision Oncology and early intervention in maintaining “mission readiness” not just for our disciplined forces, but for the nation at large. Sharing the stage with esteemed colleagues from the Kenya Defence Forces and global medical experts reinforced a powerful truth: the fight against cancer requires a unified, high-tech, and strategic approach.
